Founded in 1984 as Landscape Concepts, Inc., we have a renouned reputation for comprehensive excavation, landscape
construction and maintenance in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
We are the largest union landscape contractor headquartered in Illinois and the 12th largest in the nation. We pride ourselves in delivering the absolute best in excavation, landscape construction & design, full service corporate & campus site management, seasonal color rotations, snow removal, ecological & maintenance services.
Initially locted in Libertyville, Illinois, the need for more space and the ability to better service the clientele of Northeast Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin forced a relocation to Grayslake, Illinois in 1986. In ealry 2006, we expanded even further; to a new, state of the art facility in Richmond Illinois; with easy access to all of the metropolitan Milwaukee and Chicago area. Our current location includes a 7 acre above ground, irrigated nursery which has most of the necessary plant material in stock and ready to go. Landscape Concepts utilizes a fleet of 55 vehicles and 250 dedicated full time / seasonal employees.
